Setting context π
In order to support all of their 500+ vaccination sites during the quickly changing COVID-19 crisis, design and development for Color Healthβs vaccine program had to be quick and largely reactionary.

ππΌ In times like this, design debt is often built up from designing for speed, rather than longevity. Along with proposing a design solution, the goal of this project is to meticulously document how users (patients and vaccine site staff) have been interacting with the productβsomething that will prevent design debt from building up again.
